The sculpture, a captivating piece titled ‘Dance with the Wind ‘, is the brainchild of the talented Bulgarian sculptor, Zdravko Zdravkov.
Rustavi Mayor Nino Latsabidze and Rustavi Majoritarian Deputy Irakli Shatakishvili, both esteemed figures in the Georgian Parliament, personally oversaw the meticulous process of placing the sculpture.

International Sculpture Symposium
Karl Prantl spearheaded the International Sculpture Symposium movement in 1959 in Austria. This initiative grew from the need to facilitate communication and exchange between members of the international sculpture community.
It was also rooted in Cold War tensions, which lent a particular urgency to the need for personal cross-cultural dialogue. The first international sculpture symposium occurred in an abandoned stone quarry in Sankt Margarethen, Burgenland.
