Akhaltsikhe, Georgia: An event dedicated to “Meskhi Youth for Unity” was held at the Samtskhe-Javakheti State University on February 15, 2025, Saturday.
Akhaltsikhe Municipality City Hall shared the snippets of Meskhi youth on its official Facebook page on February 15, 2025. The City hall also shared the details of the event along with its glimpses.
According to the details provided by the Akhaltsikhe Municipality City Hall, it is to be noted that during the event, guests had the opportunity to explore spaces related to Abkhazian culture and traditions, memorable inscriptions were made on the banner: “Abkhazian Center – University for Peace!” “, also the statue of Grigol Khandzteli was decorated with flowers, and a choreographic number was performed, dance – Abkhazian.
The celebratory event continued in the University’s Assembly Hall, where organizers presented the report of the activities of the Abkhazian Center “Meskhi Youth for Unity”.
It should also be noted that the rector of the University Maka Beridze positively assessed the activity of young people in the university space in this regard and talked about the plans of the Center.

Other guests, students, and professors were also present at the Samtskhe-Javakheti State University to enjoy the Meskhi Youth.
The audience positively assessed the activities of the center, talked about the importance of youth involvement, and wished them success in the future.
Notably, the Center “Meskhi Youth for Unity” a(a)ip Georgian and Abkhazian Unity Society “Unity for Tomorrow” was founded with the cooperation of Samtskhe-Javakheti State University.
