Georgia: The final event, “Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Innovation Acceleration Program for Young Professionals,” was held in cooperation between the CU Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the UN Global Agreements Georgia Network.
As part of the closing event, the program’s participating organizations—Grant Thornton Georgia, EY Georgia, Georgian Farmers’ Association, Crystal, and Tegeta—presented their innovative sustainability projects.
A total of 4 camps were held at Caucasus University within the program’s scope, where the program facilitator introduced the participants to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing their importance and providing guidance on implementing innovative sustainability projects.
Intensive mentoring sessions were also held along with the camps, during which the program participants had an opportunity to receive practical feedback from experienced mentors and develop their ideas into workable projects they would implement in their respective companies.
