The Special Investigation Service (SIS) has arrested a 28-year-old man for the fact that the secret of the private life of a 13-year-old girl has been arrested.
The investigation found that on March 13, 2024, the 13-year-old victim met the accused on the social network “TikTok.” They spoke to each other daily through Facebook/Messenger video calls, during which the accused threatened the minor to be naked. During a video call communication, the minor noticed that he was indicted.
“Screenshots” were being taken. He asked the accused to delete the photos with intimate content. In April, the victim stopped communicating with the defendant, blocked him on social networks, and did not respond to his calls and short text messages.
Shortly after this, photos of a minor were spread on the social network “Tiktok,” where she was seen in a naked state. Pictures of the girl’s intimate nature were sent to her friend, too.
Also, the 13-year-old victim was contacted by strangers on social media, threatening to send intimate photos of her with her mother.
After bringing the victim minor, the Special Investigation Service (SIS) conducted the investigation immediately. As a result of the operation and investigation operations, the accused’s identity and location were identified.
As a result of a personal fight on her mobile phone, the video recordings and photos of the 13-year-old girl were seen, which will be destroyed by law.
In the cell phone of the accused, photos of intimate content of other underage girls were also found, for which the exceptional investigation service is ensuring that all necessary investigations are carried out.
The Special Investigation Service (SIS) offered the minor victim and his representative to undergo a psycho-rehabilitation course to recover from the psychological trauma caused by the crime.
