Tbilisi, Georgia: Tbilisi City Hall started the process of setting up a “New Year Village” on the dry bridge, in the Mother Language Garden, and in the House of Justice parking lot.
Due to this process, traffic movement in the surrounding areas will be restricted on December 9, 2024. In the first stage, the area around Grigol Orbeliani Square, Atoneli, and Vakhtang Orbeliani streets will be partially closed from 18:00 to 22:00.
Vehicles moving from Soliko Virsaladze and Giorgi Chanturia streets in the direction of Atoneli Street will be able to move from Atoneli Street to Italy Street, in the direction of Dry Bridge, and private cars from Dry Bridge to Atoneli Street in the direction of Soliko Virsalaladze and Gorgi Chanturia Streets; from the right bank of Mtkvri, in particular, Rena Abzhandadze Street N-outgoing vehicles will be able to move Before Vakhtang Orbeliani street and after in the direction of Mtkvari street.
From December 9, 22:00 to January 10, the dry bridge and surrounding area – Italy Street, the area near Grigol Orbeliani Square and the road section from Giorgi Atoneli Street to Vakhtang Orbeliani Junction N13 will be completely closed.
During this period, cars from Zaarbrucken Square in the direction of the dry bridge will be able to move via the right bank of Mtkvri, and vehicles from the right bank of the Mtkvri towards Virsaladze Street will be able to go to Atoneli Street, and then by turning right towards Chanturia Street.
Regarding public transport, buses: N320 and N323 from Zaarbrucken Square will connect to Lev Tolstoy Street, after which they will move to Kosta Khetagurov Street, Mtkvri Right Bank, Baratashvili Bridge and will end the traffic on BaratashvilI Street.
Minibuses: N536 and N550 will move from Zaarbrucken Moen to Lev Tolstoy Street, Costa Khetagurov Street, Mtkvri Right Bank, and Baratashvili Bridge to BaratashvilI Street, from where they will drive according to the schedule.
While driving in reverse, buses: N320, N323 and N536 minibuses will move from Baratashvili bridge to the left bank of Mtkvri, will connect via Kosta Khetagurov street to Zaarbruken Square and then move according to the set scheme.
