Tbilisi, Georgia: The Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, Deputy Kakha Guledan, and Head of Kindergarten Management Agency Kakha Abuladze, inspected the newly rehabilitated building of N2 kindergarten in Chughureti district. Kindergarten met the new school year in a renovated building.
“The main building, a cultural heritage monument, has been renovated, and a new playground has been built to accommodate 290 children in this kindergarten.” Only 150 children are registered, and the kindergarten can add more children. I’m glad all conditions are made for little ones. Everything is given special attention to ensure that international standards are respected. Due to the smallness of the area, this garden has a yard problem, and the walking area for the little ones is on the roof with its toys and attractions”, – said Kakha Kaladze.
The renovated garden building was also inspected by the members of the Georgian Parliament and Tbilisi City Council. Their involvement in the inspection process underscores the importance of this project for the local community and the high level of oversight it has received. Their approval further validates the successful completion of the project.
One part of the N2 kindergarten building is a historical heritage monument, which was built in the first half of the nineteenth century, therefore, preserving its original face and providing the environment to modern standards, was the main task of the project, which was successfully completed. As part of the project, a brand-new building was built to accommodate educational groups, sports and event halls and a kitchenette.
The kindergarten, which is adapted to international standards, has installed an escalator and elevator for the disabled. It fully meets the national and international requirements for child safety, a testament to our commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment. The kindergarten has ten groups and can accommodate up to 290 pupils.
