Tbilisi, Georgia: A meeting of the Environmental Protection Commission was held in Tbilisi City Council on June 13, 2024, Thursday, which was led by the Chairman of the Commission Nikoloz Kakhetelidze.
At the meeting, the members of the committee “Approving the 2024 budget of the City of Tbilisi Municipality” discussed the draft of the Tbilisi Municipality City Council on December 15, 2023 regarding amendments to the establishment of the City of the City ofTbilisi City Council. The issue was introduced to the members of the commission by Levan Mikava, Deputy Head of Financial City Service of Tbilisi Municipality.
Members of the Commission discussed the “Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Tbilisi Municipality Hall and “Tbilservi Group” Ltd )s/n 20627494) regarding the project “Tbilisi Waste Polygon Gas Collection System”, the “generation of consent for the signing of a sub-loan contract” project, the project of Tbilisi Municipality’s City Council disposal, as well as “Ministry of finance of Georgia Tbilisi Municipality Hall and LLC “Tbilservi Group” )S/N 20627494) Meanwhile, in connection with the “Tbilisi Waste Recycling Project”, the project of the settlement of the Tbilisi Municipality City Council was discussed. The issue was introduced to the members of the commission by David Chanxeliani, the head of the Waste and Legal Department of Tbilservi Group Ltd.
At the meeting of the Environmental Protection Commission, the members discussed “The Approval of the Law of the Administrative Offenses Code of Georgia under Article 103, Article 3 and 4 of Article 148 and Article 151 Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Georgia” The project to establish Rebulo has been discussed. Giorgi Kobiashvili, the head of the Animal Monitoring Agency of the City of Tbilisi Municipality, introduced the issue to the members of the commission.
At the meeting, the members of the committee discussed the draft of the Tbilisi City City Council on March 15, 2019, on making changes to the establishment of the City of Tbilisi City Council. Otar Chitidze, Deputy Head of Transport and Urban Development Agency of Tbilisi Municipality, introduced the issue to the members of the commission.
Issues presented at the meeting were given a positive recommendation for discussion at the nearest meeting of the City Council.
