Kakheti, Georgia: The Minister of State of Georgia, Tea Akhvlediani met with the people of Lambalo, Mughanlo, Duzagram, and Tulari villages and introduced the progress achieved in the framework of the civil integration policy and plans.

An information campaign organized on the initiative of the Minister of State’s apparatus in matters of reconciliation and civil equality continues in the Kakheti region. This time, the minister of state visited Sagarejo municipality and held meetings with the population of villages densely populated by ethnic minorities – Lambalo, Mughanlo, Duzagram, and Tulari communities.
Tea Akhvlediani introduced the main objectives of the campaign and opportunities created for the locals, which, by the interest expressed by the people of Sagarejo municipality, on health care and employment issues. The minister also discussed the progress made within the framework of the civil integration policy, focusing on plans and visions.
Tea Akhvlediani noted, ,”Our information campaign continues in the Kakheti region, within which the meeting with the local population was held in Sagarejo municipality in a busy and warm atmosphere.” Our Azerbaijani citizens showed high interest in all current thematic issues discussed at the meeting. Also noted the efforts we are making with a united government approach to ensure that every citizen regardless of ethnicity has equal and unbridled access to the supportive opportunities available to them by the state.”
The importance of the local people to communicate with central and local government representatives to discuss issues important to them and respond to their needs was emphasized,” said the Minister of State Tea Akhvlediani.
State Commissioner Giorgi Aladashvili and Sagarejo Municipality Mayor Avtandil Gulikashvili also participated in the meetings and addressed the audience.
A multifaceted information campaign about government programs and services will be held in Kakheti under the leadership and coordination of the Minister of State, in close cooperation with local governments of the region and direct participation of representatives of government agencies.
