Training held for Emergency Management Service’s Instructors

A training camp for the instructors of Emergency Management Services of the Ministry of Interior has been held recently. The Fire University of Poland organised this training session.

Tbilisi: A training camp for the instructors of Emergency Management Services of the Ministry of Interior has been held recently. The Fire University of Poland organised this training session. This was aimed to enhance the capability of Georgian Instructors in case of emergency situations. This was the final stage of the training program.

The training went for five days and included both theoretical and practical exercises for trainers. At the training session, fire department instructors underwent training to conduct emergency and rescue operations during traffic accidents. With the increase in traffic, huge numbers of traffic incidents are being reported throughout the country.

It is to be specifically mentioned that Georgian instructors who were prepared by the Polish side also held a seminar on the topic: “Modern technologies in car transport and challenges During emergency and rescue operations”.

Moreover, under this training program, the Polish Fire University received a car with specialised fire and demonstrated rescue functions from the Emergency Management Service of Georgia.

At the end of the training, heads of the Department of Fire and Rescue Forces of the Emergency Management Service and representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Georgia attended the training session. Moreover At the end of the event, guests awarded with certificates being the participants of the training.

At the training session instructor underwent practical training with Old car ,a recovery truck . Instructors were also trained to tow the vehicles from accident spots. Moreover they also got training how to break the glass of damaged vehicles to rescue victims form a the damged vehicle safely. All the instructors were dressed in the proper uniform. They wore a light yellow colour uniform with red colour safety helmets.

Georgian emergency department service took to their social media handle. The people appreciated the training session and said that this would be very beneficial for the upgradation of rescuing skill of instructors.

As per the official of the emergency service, this was a productive training session . It worked as a morale booster for the instructor.It is opined that every member of emergency service must be fully trained on rescue operation so that precious lives can be protected.
