Tbilisi, Georgia: The current year’s budget changes were discussed at the Commission of Urban Planning and Urban Agriculture meeting. According to the changes presented to the members of the City Council by Gaioz Talakvadze, Tbilisi’s budget volume will increase by 48 456,0 thousand GEL to 2 058 335.6 thousand GEL.
The Members of the Commission of Urban Planning and Urban Agriculture discussed the sub-loan agreement between the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the City of Tbilisi, and “Tbilisi Service Group” Ltd. regarding the “Tbilisi Municipal Service Project” sub-loan contract to extend the term of availability of the loan agreement for the government of Tbilisi Municipality. The issue is in the “Tbilservi Group” leadership presented.
To provide living spaces for the people affected by the unfinished construction by LLC “Atori” and its affiliated companies, based on the competitive selection of the winner in expressing interest in land plots owned by Tbilisi Municipality, privatization through direct disposal, and agreement on relevant contract terms.
The Chairman of the Urban Planning and Urban Agriculture Commission, Revaz Sokhadze, presented the issue of measures to be taken to complete unfinished construction and fulfill the obligations given to the victims at several addresses.
According to the decision of the Urban Planning and Urban Agriculture Commission, changes were made in several settlements and dispositions of the City Council. Among them is the resolution of “approval of the rule of replacement of accidental multi-story residential houses on the territory of Tbilisi Municipality.” Members of the committee at several addresses,
“Measures to rehabilitate/replace accidental buildings in the Cultural Heritage Protection Zone have been agreed.” The members of the City Council approved the drafts and zonal changes at different addresses.
