Tbilisi: The Georgian weather department has released another report on the expected weather. The report covers the weather for the next four days from August 23 to 26, 2024.
According to the latest weather report in the forthcoming days due to the high temperature in Georgia, brief rain and lightning are expected in some places. At the same time  there could be hailstorms with strong wind flow in some regions as well.
The weather in the capital city Tbilisi  could be light rain with lightning. However  according to the report  the air temperature during the day will be +34 to +36 degrees. In coastal areas  which include the cities of Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, and Poti  short rain with lightning is expected. The air temperature during the day will fluctuate between +29 and +31 degrees.
At the same time  mild rain with lightning can occur in the plain regions of Western Georgia, like Zestafoni, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, and Ozurgeti. The air temperature during the day will be +33- +35 degrees in these areas as well. In the mountainous regions of Western Georgia, Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiathura, Sachkhere, Khulo, and Ricoti Pass, mild rain with lightning is expected. A temperature between +31 and +33 degrees can also be experienced here.
Similar to other mountainous regions of Western Georgia  like Mestia and Bakhmaro  short rain with lightning is expected. As per the latest report  the air temperature during the day will be +27, +29 degrees. In the Kartli region’s area of Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Gori, and Tskhinvali  mild rain with lightning is expected. The air temperature during the day will be +34, +36 degrees.
Report while sharing the expected weather Data on Kakheti and its cities like Sagarejo, Telavi, Gurjaani, Sighnaghi, Lagodekhi, Kvareli, Akhmeta, and Dedoplistskaro. Brief rain with lightning is expected, but the temperature will be between +34 and +36 degrees.
It is to be added that in the mountainous regions of Eastern Georgia  which cover Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, and Fasanauri cities  short rain with lightning is expected  and hail and strengthening of the wind are possible in some places. In the mountainous regions of Eastern Georgia  comprising the Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, and Omalo  short rain with lightning is expected.
