Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is appealing to the democratic world, saying that after the attack on Vinnytsia, Russia should be legally recognized as a terrorist state. According to him, no country in the world represents such a terrorist threat as Russia.
“No other country in the world allows itself to destroy peaceful cities and ordinary human life every day with cruise missiles and jet artillery. In our city of Vinnytsia, just one rocket attack killed 23 people, including three children under the age of ten. And this, unfortunately, is not There is a final number. Dozens of people are listed as missing for an indefinite period. Among those hospitalized are seriously injured.” – says Zelensky.
According to him, at the time when the Hague conference on Russian war crimes was being held, Russia was inventing a new war crime at the same time.
