New Delhi, India: The Principal Deputy Spokesperson of the United States Department of State, Vedant Patel, in an interview, reiterated that every Country would decide on its own as he was questioned about India’s relations with Russia and continuing to import oil from Russia. Elaborating on the same, he also clarified the role of the oil price cap in the energy markets.
