Tbilisi: On December 6, 2023, Caucasus International University held a seminar on career guidance. Tsitsi Glonti was the guest speaker at the event.
As it has become clear that proper career guidance at an earlier stage plays a vital role in student life, Caucasus International University holds a seminar to guide the Students of the University on this front.
This seminar was organised with the support of the Department of Business and Technology. The theme of the session was “Practical Tips For Career Development.”The key speaker of the event, Tsitsi Glont, is the HR manager of an IT consulting company, “BOLD&EPIC Craft”.
Tsitsi Glont discusses many topics with the students, which include successful and less successful interviews and their reasons, the Important role of Linkdin, the review and comparison of profiles, the importance of professional branding, demanding skills of the 21st century.
The meeting was attended by a large number of students of the Department of Business and faculty along with staff members.
Speaking on the occasion, Tsitsi Glont said that every student needs to be aware of the various career options. She underscored the role of faculty members to lead the students towards a proper career path.
As the world is witnessing new and latest technological developlmerr each day. She advised student to explore the opportunity in the Information technology field.
On this occasion, Tsitsi Glont also gave a presentation to students on the theme of the session. The dedicated presentation includes every necessary aspect for career guidance.
On this occasion, students also asked their query on how to make the decision on career choice. All the queries of students were answered by key speaker Tsitsi Glont .
After the session, students said that they were feeling happy to be part of this event. They learned a lot of things with regard to the dream career in their life. They also came to know many things that were not earlier in thier knowledge.
