To make the areas clean and hygienic, the students and staff members of the Tbilisi public school have launched a cleanliness drive. A large number of students participated in This drive at Mukhiani building.
it is to be added that in order to solve the problem, the students’ self-government got in touch with the Gldani district administration. As a result of cooperation the teenagers cleaned the polluted area together with the Tbilservis group. Their initiative was supported by the school administration which provided the students with transportation.
As a result of cooperation, teenagers with the “Tbilservice” group cleaned the area that was very dirty. The school board supported their initiative and provided transportation to the students.
It is worth mentioning that a large number of students attended the drive and the school’s staff members accompanied them.The members of the local self-help group were also there to assist the little pupils. The member of this group were dressed in their proper uniforms as well.
Some students also carried the carry bag along with them. They segregated the solid and other types of waste materials for their proper disposal.
After the segregation the students put the waste into the carry bag and disposed of it at proper places.It is also to be mentioned that the students of the Tbilisi public school also said that this is a great initiative launched by their school.
They furthet said that this kind of drives must continue in the future to make the areas clean. Staff members also raised awareness about this issue.The local residents of the Mukhiani cottages appreciated the initiative of the school management for this great drive.
