Tbilisi, Georgia: The Tbilisi City Hall made an announcement about the damage to municipal territory and infrastructure as a result of protests on Saturday, October 4, 2025. It should also be noted that some of the cultural heritage monuments’ facades, blinds, and decorative artistic lighting were also damaged.

On Orbeliani and Tabukashvili streets and Rustaveli Avenue pedestrian sidewalks, pavements, outdoor light pole lamps, and fences were damaged.
Decorative lights have been disconnected and broken on Orbeliani Street, and on Tabukashvili Street, garbage containers have been burned. Outdoor furniture, which had been placed in the rented area by private companies, cafe owners, has been damaged.
The fence in the presidential administration yard is broken, and the poles across the street are damaged, bent bollards that protect the pedestrian zone from the automobile zone. Various infrastructures – swings, plants, pots, greenery, and decorative elements, which were located along the rehabilitated street and near the cafes, were largely damaged. Some of it needs restoration, and some of it is destroyed.
In addition, in the area, there are broken road signs, a slug that has been installed near the underground parking lot, a dashboard, and a decorative stage that has been installed at the top of the parking lot on Orbeliani Street.
Regarding “Konka“, which is particularly loved by Tbilisi residents and city visitors, it has damaged several decorative elements.
It should be noted here that the “warm service group” started working immediately as soon as the opportunity to enter the site arose. As a result, burned and damaged materials were removed, and the area was washed and tidied. At this point, municipal authorities are working on-site to restore everything and restore its original face.
