In the capital, to ensure the quality of cleaning, LLC “Tbilservi Group” continues the process of upgrading specialized equipment. This time, up to 40 units of specialized equipment of different brands were added to the company’s fleet.
The mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, presented the newly acquired equipment to the public and noted that maintaining the cleanliness of the city cannot be achieved only by human resources – it is necessary to upgrade the equipment, which will continue to be used actively in the future.
“Our beautiful capital has a lot to be proud of. This is a city where past, present, and future meet. Tbilisi is a reflection of Georgian culture and our country’s history. Therefore, taking care of this city is a great honor and an even greater responsibility. Besides, Tbilisi is a modern city that is growing and developing. We are adding new districts, new spaces, the population is increasing, the number of tourists is increasing every year. That is why, as the city develops, it becomes even more important to maintain it and ensure its cleanliness. In order for Tbilisi to meet the demands of a clean city, it is necessary to develop a parking lot for the “Tbilisi Service Group”. The equipment that provides cleaning of the city should be renewed and strengthened. It is impossible to achieve this with human resources alone. “Modern, well-equipped equipment is needed, which will serve the citizens living in our city daily,” Kakha Kaladze noted.
During his speech, the mayor of the capital thanked the head of the “warm service group” and each of his employees for their hard work.
“A clean and orderly city is the continuation of the culture that Tbilisi and the people of Tbilisi always had. We are hospitable people, and getting to know the city starts from the street. The cleanliness of Tbilisi is a reflection of our everyday life, the environment in which we create a future for our families and our country. I would like to thank every employee of the “Warm Service Group” and its management for their hard work. The most important thing is that Tbilisi should preserve that special face and quality of life, which the people of Tbilisi are proud of and which the visitors of our city will remember. A clean, orderly, well-groomed environment is part of Tbilisi’s culture, which we will do our best to preserve and will do in the future,” said the mayor of the capital.
It should be noted that over the last year and a half, “GT Group” Ltd. and “Tegeta” Ltd. have provided 60 units of new specialized equipment worth more than 23 million GEL to the municipality, which is distinguished by high standards and has relevant certificates.
From the seven additional units of equipment purchased, two specialized units of “Sagmoto” brand have already arrived in the capital, while the remaining five units of “Ford” brand special equipment will arrive in Tbilisi in 2027. The cost of this purchase is three million GEL.
The event was attended by Tbilisi Vice-Mayor Giorgi Tkemaladze, Deputy Mayor, “Head of Tbilisi Group Giorgi Papava, Samgori District spokesman Kakha Samkharadze, as well as members of the City Council and Parliament.
