Akhalkalaki: A new emergency medical services building has been opened in Akhalkalaki town. This will provide better medical health services to the people of the region.
The municipality’s representative recently visited the newly opened centre. They inspected the building and other facilities being provided to the area’s residents.
According to the medical department official and the representative of the Akhalkalaki municipality, twenty-five employees of Akhalkalaki emergency medical aid brigades will continue working under new conditions.
They also announced that the medical services centre would be equipped with the latest equipment in the future. Meanwhile, the people of the area will receive the services of health experts.
It is worth noting that the building is designed according to international standards, considering the specifics of emergency medical care and is fully equipped with new equipment and inventory.
The government’s project includes plans to establish more such medical centres nationwide. This aims to improve the emergency medical care service in the country and create decent working conditions.

During their visit, the members of the visiting delegation interacted with the citizens, who expressed their gratitude to the health ministry.
The building is fully air-conditioned and CCTV has been installed on all sides to ensure the safety and security of staff and patients. The hospital’s ward also includes spacious independent rooms.
The independent rooms have two beds each for the patient and his caretaker, who accompanies him. While expressing their gratitude the people of the surrounding areas also demanded the availability of the latest machines and diagnostic equipment.
