The administration of the Ambrolauri municipality stated to have implemented many infrastructure projects in the Chrebalo administrative unit (village). The projects were implemented with financial support from the local and state budgets.
The representative of the municipality provided the details of the projects with the amount spent that    includes the following :
- Road infrastructure – 4,481,902 GEL
- Water systems – 445,726 GEL
- Drainage channels – 75 504 GEL
- Construction of outpatient clinic – 75,000 GEL
- Arrangement of sports infrastructure – 430,309 GEL
- Rehabilitation of bridges – 23 101 GEL
- Rehabilitation of schools – 71,869 GEL
- Arrangement of kindergartens, rehabilitation – 128,230 GEL
- Rehabilitation of Libraries and House of Culture – 87,427 GEL
It is to be specifically mentioned that in 2020  a community center was opened in the village of Chrebalo. The community center serves up to 3000 residents of the surrounding villages  including the Khvanchkara, Kvishari, Chvish, Zhoshkha, and Gendushi. At the same time  a modern sports complex was built  which is equipped with the latest facilities  including a wrestling hall, changing rooms, showers, and administrative rooms.
Notbay’s infrastructure projects’ construction was carried out in two stages  using funds earmarked for the development of highland settlements. The total cost amounted to 399,011 GEL. Another important project included the construction of a new outpatient clinic in Chrebalo village. Similarly  a new kindergarten was built in Zemo Zhoshkha village whereas a new sports ground was constructed in the lower Zhoshkha village.
It must be noted that the work for the reconstruction-rehabilitation of Chrebalo Kindergarten  will be in accordance with modern standards like Indoor and outdoor spaces, recreational areas, communications, and bathrooms will begin shortly as well. The kindergarten will be fully adapted for people with special needs so they can easily access the facility.
On the other hand  3,300,000 GEL is being used to complete the rehabilitation of the Zhoshkha-Gendushi highway . it is worh to mention that the work for this road constructions is being carried out by the Department of Highways.
