Tbilisi: The Bank of Georgia recently held a seminar at the Georgian National University. University Management met the representative of the Bank of Georgia On the sidelines of the seminar to discuss the placement opportunity for university students.
It is specifically to mention that the university frequently holds these conferences to provide better career opportunities to the students.
This dedicated seminar was organised on the 16th of November, 2023. This was organised by the management of the university in collaboration with the career development and alumni relations service at SEU.
In the meeting hall, many students were preset to get themself familiar with the multiple career opportunities after the completion of their studies.
In the meeting hall, a big electronic screen was installed to display important information continuously.
University students also asked their queries on career options and their chances of employability.
During the meeting, many important issues of career opportunities were discussed; the representatives of the bank also told the students about the many posts which are being offered by the Bank of Georgia for Graduates.
Besides the representatives of the bank, many key speakers also addressed the attendees. They talked about the importance of career development .
Speakers expressed their concern that many talented students every year are deprived of good career positions because they do not have the required guidance to choose the career as per their capabilities and interests.
The Bank representative also told the students about the initial career opportunities in the organisation. They also said that the banking industry is one of the best and most expanding industries of modern times and has vast opportunities for young graduates.
The attendee students on this occasion expressed their views on the seminar. As per the students, the seminar was very helpful for them to know about macro and micro information of the banking sector.
