Batumi: The city council of Batumi has held an important meeting. The session of city council was held to discuss various agenda for next year 2025.
The official of city council while speaking about this session said that, “Today, a session of the Batumi City Council was held, at which the issues stipulated in the agenda were discussed.”
The officials while speaking further added that, the City Council approved the amendments to the list of privatization objects owned by the municipality and the privatization plan. Several objects were added to the list of privatization objects owned by the Batumi Municipality and the privatization plan for real estate as well.
At the same time a decree was approved by the representatives of municipality on this occasion. This decree was approved on the initial annual use fee for property owned by the Batumi Municipality, which is subject to the right of use and which is subject to auction.
Similarly, the important decisions were also made for the transfer of movable property owned by the Batumi Municipality to the state free of charge and the issuance of land plots for use under the right of lease.
The City Council approved a decision, which implies granting consent to the Mayor of Batumi Municipality to encumber parts of the land plots registered in the ownership of Batumi Municipality (land registry number 05.31.04.139 and land registry number 05.31.04.138) with the right of servitude.
It is also to be noted that the City Council during this session also approved another decree on the transfer of several real estate properties owned by Batumi Municipality to the Autonomous Republic of Adjara free of charge.
On the other hand, an amendment to the General Land Use Plan of Batumi was approved. An amendment was also made to the decree “On Approval of the Specific Rights Zoning Map (Zoning Part of the Development Regulation Plan) of Batumi Municipality” which implies a change in the functional zone.
