A Georgian corut has convicted the accused of murder and sentenced him to 12 years rigorous imprisonment.

A Georgian corut has convicted the accused of murder and sentenced him to 12 years rigorous imprisonment.

The accused committed the heinous murder crime last year of 2023This was the crime out of the   anger.   Actually,   the accused and victim   had     land disputes    with    each otherThe accused tried to take ownership of the land forcefully which was opposed by the victim.

it is to be specifically mentioned that the law enforcement agencies of the country initiated the preliminary investigation to extract the truth after receiving the inforamtion.  it came to light during the investigation that the accused due to an old land dispute killed the victim with his hunting rifle. The young victim of the accused died on the spot after getting hit by a rifle bullet.

Later on, the accused was arrested for this heinous crimeWhen he was confronted with the collected evidence and interrogated by the investigators he disclosed the truth. He also confessed that the main reason behind the murder was an old land dispute between them. He also disclosed that the victim was not ready to deliver the possession of the disputed piece of land to him, due to which he lost control and killed him with a hunting rifle. 

The investigators collected all physical and documentary evidence to produce before the court of law to prove his guiltTo prevent the   accused from    distroying the     evidence accused was sent to custody as preventantive measure.

During the trial the prosecution side presented convincing evidence in the case in the form of physical and documentary proof. The totality of all the produced evidence confirmed the commission of the crime by the accused. 

The court of law examined all the evidence, witnesses, and circumstances of the case in detail to reach a conclusion. The jury of judges finally found the accused guilty and sentenced him to twelve years.
