Bank of Georgia continues to support the infrastructure sector

Tbilisi: The Bank of Georgia has been implementing many projects to improve the country’s infrastructure. At present  the bank is supporting the construction of “Gidani Inn.” The construction work is being executed by the development company “Inn Development.”

A total amount of  54 million dollars will be spent on the project. This is being implemented in the urban center of Gldani on  Vekua Street on an area of ​​26,125 square meters. The project will have four residential buildings with 9, 23, 28, and 32 floors.  The building will have commercial, bicycle, and walking paths, a sports field, an office, recreational spaces, children’s entertainment, and recreation spaces.

 

Erekle Vashakmadze, the head of the corporate sales branch of the bank, speaking about the bank’s initiative for infrastructural projects, stated that “The Bank has been contributing to the development business for many years. Our support to boost the country’s infrastructure will continue in future years as well.”

 

Similarly Leri Vardoshvili  the co-founder of Gldani Inn  stated  “ The project will be completed as per the latest parameter. We have engaged the team of famous architects of the city and the company Hausart worked on the project. The project will be a hub where all services for residents and business people will be gathered in one space for their needs as well.

Buba Chankselian, co-founder of Gldani Inn  also added  “The important project will be unique for its functionality and location. The building’s adaptation to the environment, sophisticated design, and proper loading  will offer residents a different life experience.”

He also added that “each resident of the city will have the privilege to enjoy all the benefits of City Mall Gldani” under one roof. Akhmeteli Theater and the metro station are located 150 meters from the complex, which will make the project easily accessible. The building’s project will include a lobby-type reception area, whereas each block will have an underground parking area for a better experience for visitors to the building.
