Rustavi: Mayor and others visit “Kesane” centre

Nino Latsabidze, the Mayor of the Rustavi Municipality met with the children and parents at the rehabilitation and development centre “Kesane. ” This centre accommodates the children with special care.

The visit aimed to learn about the problems being faced by the inhabitants of this centre. They also learned about the facilities that are being provided to these students to improve their lives and bring them back into the mainstream.

Mayor of the Rustavi city hall Nino Latsabidze also took to her social media page and stated, “Today, we met the parents of rehabilitation and development centre pupils, “Kesane. We systematically meet with parents of children with special needs to create a child-centred environment and services for ducation, sports, and the arts. At today’s meeting, we also discussed the need for a parent support program, Find out what we will continue to work on”.

The hall was full of attendees during the visit of the mayor and another representative of the city hall.

I can always proudly say and respect you personally as our Mayor and your team for always thinking of Center Kesane and our children and their future. You are the best”.

Another user, Shorena Tsertsvadze, commented, “Thank you so much city. Thanks to Nino her team and leadership for such an interesting and pleasant meeting. Thank you for considering the problems and needs of each person with disabilities. Thank you for your continued support, thank you for considering each of our requests and working every day on the issues that are so acute in our city”.

During her address, the Mayor Nino Latsabidze said that local administration is always committed to upgrading the standard of living of these children with special needs.
