Tbilisi: The Georgian airlines announced good news for all job seekers, especially who are interested in aviation industry. The company announced to hire call centre operator.
This important recruitment information was shared on social media handles of airlines also. The official Facebook page of municipality stated, “Georgian airways is announcing a vacancy for the position of Call Centre Operator.”
It further stated information on main functions and responsibilities. All the customer care executive has to do following responsibilities also.
- Telephone and information service for airline customers
- Making outgoing and incoming calls
- Performing various operational functions of the airline
- Providing information on services to individuals, corporate customers, passengers, purchasing airline tickets, operating flights and other issues, etc
- Operational and qualified implementation of electronic correspondence with airline customers
In addition, with regard to qualification requirements for customer care executive will be as:
- He must be very fluent in Georgian, English and Russian languages
- He must have fluent and sophisticated speaking skills in all three languages
- At the same time the Knowledge of Italian, German, Spanish and French will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of computer office programs (MS Office, Outlook)
- Experience in the field of aviation, tourism and hospitality is desirable
- Analytical thinking skills
