Georgia; Tbilisi: Lia Gigauri, the First Deputy Minister of State for Reconciliation and Civil Equality, took part in the meeting of the Public Consultative Council of the State Trustees Administration in Kvemo Kartli Region and the State O with the faithful Giorgi Dokhturishvili, attended the society, addressed with a welcoming word.
Lia Gigauri stressed the important role of the Public Advisory Council in terms of the effectiveness of the integration process of ethnic minorities and increasing public participation.
The First Deputy Minister of State introduced the participants of the Public Consultative Council session under the jurisdiction of both policies as reconciliation and inclusion, as well as civil equality and integration.
He provided detailed information on the generation of Tsipo politics, with special emphasis on the goals set within the five main priorities of civil equality and integration state policy and reviewed this progress made in the framework of effective implementation of policies.
He also talked about the challenges that still exist, strengthening all relevant mechanisms in place for the realization of future plans and tasks within the framework of the strategy on the importance of collaborating with doves.
The meeting was held in interactive mode, where the participants shared their views, positions and assessments on progress made as well as other topical issues and existing Uli on the generation of challenges, whose future solutions were planned within the session itself.
The meeting was attended by NGOs operating in the region and mayors of the Kvemo Kartli region municipality. The Public Consultative Council under the Administration of the State Trustees on Reconciliation and Civil Equality was established in 2016 on the initiative of the Minister of State’s Apparatus.
