The International Brown Wine Conference was attended by Gerogoia’s Minister Otar Shamugia, in China. The National Wine Agency and Agency Contractor Company “Meiburg Wine Media ” Organised the conference in Shanghai, China. The conference was aimed to promote the Georgian Wine in China.
While speaking on the occasion Minister Otar Shamugia stated that we are hopeful for the positive outcome of the event. This will contribute to the of establishment a stable market for Georgian Wine in China. He further said that the Georgian government is determined to promote the Georgian Wine across the globe.
He further said that the event holds great significance for setting up a permanent segment of premium agents of Georgian Wine in peole Republic of China.
Many other wine-producing countries were also present at the event. These countries included Italy, Slovenia and Austria. Minister also said that the participation of these wine-producing countries also shows the importance of the tradtional method of Georgian winemaking.
During the conference, wine master Debra Mayburg and wine expert Imon J. Wolf introduced the guests to the event about the history of the origin of Wine.
A dedicated session on the information and technical aspects of wine making was also discussed. Many experts during the event also discussed various strategies on how to enter the wine market of China to harness the growing market of China of brown Wine.
Other wine experts also included wine master Julien Boulad, wine professional Xiao Pi Xu and the top sommelier Fei Fei Lu, who talked about Georgian Wine and Georgia.
The attendee of the conference shown their interest in the conference. Georgian Minister said it was a wonderful experience to see the interest shown by the people. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Georgian government to promote the Wine of Georgia in many other countries in future.
