The alley’s infrastructure has been revamped, including underground communications, irrigation systems, walkways, commercial and recreational areas, outdoor lighting, fountains, and bike stands.

The addition of decorative elements, installations, benches, urns, and modern recreational areas equipped with electrical device chargers enhances the alley’s appeal.

Three metal-construction pedestrian bridges, featuring ramp-type walkways, decorative elements, multifunctional lights, and elevators, have been completed to connect different sections of the alley.

Additionally, a pedestrian and cyclist crossing, extending to Pandu, facilitates connections between the three-way boulevard sections and links to the beach. This 1km long development project aims to transform a previously disorganized and dysfunctional space into a vibrant recreational area, with plans for further enhancements.

The rehabilitation project had in mind the development of space and functional work. The development of the project, based on its scale, was planned in two phases. Works are actively going on and a new recreation space will be added to the city for the tourist season.

The project is implemented by the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, within the framework of the program “Renewed Regions
