Tbilisi: The foreign ministry of republic of Georgia has condemned New Orleans attack. The representative of foreign ministry said such act of killing innocent people in not acceptable and we need to deal with it strictly.
It is worth to note that a deadly attack in New Orleans city of United States of America has caused lives of 15 persons. The ministry expressed deep condolences for victim of this attack and also expressed solidarity with government of United States of America.
The act of terrorism in any part of world are very painful. The threat of terrorism is biggest threat to human existence in all over the world nowadays,added representatives of foreign ministry.
The Georgian foreign ministry underlined that; we need to take all steps for mitigating this global threat in any part of world. This is very painful that innocent people are being attacked for vested interests.
A specific statement is also issued by the Georgian ministry of foreign affairs. The statement of ministry stressed, “The ministry of foreign affairs strongly condemn all acts of violence which occurred in any part of world. The Georgian government as well as people stand in solidarity with the victims, their families and the people of USA in this very painful and tough time.” the Ministry said.
Notably on Wednesday early morning hours the incident took place in Bourbon Street. In this act of violence driver of pick-up truck rammed into people who were celebrating the new year with their families and friends.
The reports suggested that many people got injured in this incident who have been shifted to hospitals by authorities concerned also. The law enforcement officials have been taking all steps to extract truth.
The leaders of Georgia’s ruling as well as opposition parties also condemned this brutal attack on innocent people. They also assured victims that Georgia is committed to extend all kind of assistance in this hour of need as well.
