The Georgian weather department has released another report on the expected weather. The report covers the weather for the next three days from June 24-26, 2025.
According to the latest weather report in the forthcoming days due to the high temperature in Georgia, short rain with thunderstorms is expected in some places on June 25 and on June 25-26, mostly uneven weather is expected.
The Capital City Tbilisi could experience bad weather. On June 24, a strong northwest wind will blow with flagrant wind. The air temperature during the day will be +26 and on June 25-26, +29, and +31 degrees.
In coastal areas which include the cities of Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, and Poti, on June 24 there is a possibility of short rain with thunderstorms, the air temperature during the day will be +24, +26 degrees. On June 25-26, unstable weather is expected, the air temperature will increase to +27+29 degrees.
At the same time, uneven weather is expected in the plain regions of Western Georgia, like Zestafoni, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, and Ozurgeti. The air temperature in the afternoon on June 24 will be +24, +26, and on June 25 and 26, +30, +32 degrees.
In the mountainous regions of Western Georgia, Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiathura, Sachkhere, Khulo, and Ricoti Pass, short rain with thunderstorms is expected on June 24th, and on June 25th-26th mostly cloudy weather. The air temperature will be +20, +22 in the afternoon, on June 24, and on June 25 and 26, +28, +30 degrees.
Similar to other mountainous regions of Western Georgia like Mestia and Bakhmaro, short rain with thunderstorms is expected on June 24, and on June 25-26, mostly cloudy weather. The air temperature will be +18, +20 in the afternoon, on June 24, and on June 25 and 26, +26, +28 degrees.
In the Kartli region’s area of Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Gori, and Tskhinvali, on June 24-26, mostly bad weather is expected. On June 24, strong west wind will blow.
The air temperature on June 24 in Shida Kartli will be between +24 and +26 degrees, on June 25-26 between +28 and +30 degrees, and in Lower Kartli on June 24-26 between +29 and +31 degrees.
The Georgian weather department also stated that Kakheti will also experience the same kind of uneven weather in the upcoming days.
Notably, in the mountainous regions of Eastern Georgia like Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, and Pasanauri, on June 24, there is a possibility of short rain with thunderstorms, and on June 25 and 26, mostly uneven weather is expected. The air temperature on June 24, will be 23, +25, and on June 25 and 26 +27 +29 degrees.
In the highland regions of Eastern Georgia like Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, and Omalo, on June 24, a short rain with lightning is expected, and on June 25-26, mostly cloudy weather. The air temperature on June 24 will be +16, +18, and on June 25 and 26 +21+23 degrees.
