With the support of the National Wine Agency and the Embassy of Georgia in the Republic of Poland, 26 Georgian wine producers participated in the International Wine and Alcoholic Beverage Exhibition “EnoExpo 2023” in Krakow.
At the tasting competition held within the exhibition, Georgian wines earned silver and bronze medals; “Marani Elizabeth’s” “Rkatsiteli” silver and “Coloravi” bronze, and “Gevelli’s” “Coloravi Reserve” won bronze medal.
The Georgian wine tasting was held in Krakow’s one of the most famous historical “Pshegozhali Palace”, where the products of about 15 Georgian wine companies participating in the “EnoExpo 2023” exhibition were presented.
The invited wine professionals were allowed to become acquainted with the history and culture of Georgian Wine and get information about Georgian Wine from Georgian producers.
At the tasting, Polish wine professionals provided Georgian producers with information about the specifics of the Polish market and its requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
Within the framework of the events, “Georgian Wine Evening” was held in one of the wine bars in Krakow, where Georgian wine producers’ products were presented.
The Georgian wine festival was also held in Krakow, where about 25 wine companies participated. Representatives of the Polish wine market commercial and HoReCa sectors attended the festival.
Poland is one of the strategic markets for Georgian wine export, where, with the support of the National Wine Agency, a number of events are held throughout the year. The events aim to popularize Georgian Wine and increase its export potential.
EnoExpo 2023 Exhibition

The fair attracts thousands of visitors, including professionals from Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine. Notably, 75% of these visitors hold decision-making roles within their companies.
The 26 Georgian wine companies that participated in EnoExpo showcased their exceptional products. In a tasting competition, Georgian wines stood out, earning well-deserved recognition.
