The Gori State University has congratulated the Eldar Mamistvalishvili on his 85th birthday. Eldar Mamistvalishvili is one of the prominent representatives of the historical society of Georgia.
The Gori State University has taken to its social media handles to extend best wishes to Eldar Mamistvalishvili. University stated in a Facebook post, “ We congratulate Mr. Eldar Mamistvalishvili on his 85th birthday, who is the prominent representative of the Historical Society of Georgia, the honorable chronicler of Gori State University, the honorary citizen of Gori.”
It is to be mentioned that Mr Eldar belongs to a distinguished group of scientists whose works are timeless and never lose their relevance. He has been successfully leading the Department of Archeology and History of his native university for decades and many famous scientists have been trained under his guidance.
The congratulatory message also added that “he is exceptionally productive and his works are the reference books of all those interested in Georgian history, relations between Georgia and the outside world, secrets of diplomacy and centuries-old Georgian-Jewish coexistence.”
It is worth noting that Eldar’s attitude towards students is an ideal model of an educator and a teacher and he makes every effort to raise a decent future generation. It is worth noting that as a former member of the parliament and holder of the Order of Honor he always stands in the right position during challenging moments in the country’s history.
