Tbilisi: David Raphael Moscow producer of the world-famous reality show “From Scratch ” is currently visiting Georgia. He is going to shoot a documentary on the country’s tourism potential.
The visit of David Raphael Moscow is part of an initiative being taken by the National Tourism Administration to promote Georgian tourism worldwide. The head of the National Tourism Administration of Georgia met David Raphael Moscow during their visit to the country at Tsinandali. David Raphael Moscow also holds significant meeting with many chefs of the Kakheti region of the country to have an in-depth understanding of the Georgian gastronomy.
The visit of David Raphael Moscow will include tours to the different regions of the country. He will show the rural area’s unique culture, tradition, and heritage values. Moreover the old culture of wine production will also be the main topic to be covered by David Raphael Moscow.
Notably, the program From Scratch has reached more than eighteen European Countries and the United States of America. While sharing his views on the trip, David Raphael Moscow commented, “We have studied the Georgian Cusine during the visit to different parts of Georgia. He also added that we will visit the other areas in the days ahead so that we can get more detailed information on the subject.”
Speaking about his experience in the capital, Tbilisi and its surrounding areas he said, “We have experienced the wonderful meeting with the farmers of the rural areas. The countryside is full of many mountains and other destinations that have the potential to attract international tourists as well.”
It is worth noting that a few days ago the Prime Minister of Georgia also underlined the importance of the tourism sector. The national tourism administration while taking the new initiative said that they will also try to increase the tourist footfall to the country within the next few years.
