About Georgia receiving the host country status from ITB, the Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Levan Davitashvili stated that This was not an ordinary decision, i.e. Georgia did not have to get host status one by one, but this is the result of a reliable and reliable partnership with “ITB Berlin” and the international tourist community.Â
In general, the progress that exists in Georgia in the direction of tourism was very interesting and in the end, the most decisive factor, which stopped attention on Georgia, was probably the most original, creative and interesting offer, as our competing countries were quite distinguished in both financial resources and ambitions.”
This initiative will be one of the most important steps to raise Georgia’s awareness on the international market and we are happy to be part of this initiative.
