The world-famous Georgian Violinist Lisa Batiashvili extended his congratulations to citizens on the 106th independence day of the country. She took to her social media handle while posting a photo of her with  family taken at Rustaaveli Avenue.

In her message, Lisa Batiashvili shares her deep emotional connection with Georgia, saying, ‘I share your joy when I think of you as the most incredible country, brimming with love and generosity. I am moved by the twinkle in people’s eyes and the splendor of  nature.I share your pain when some seek to undermine your vision and desire for freedom out of their lust for power. Yet, you will always be a precious gem of the earth, radiating in my heart and in the hearts of many. Happy Independence Day, my beloved Georgia.’

 

The photo Lisa Batiashvili shared with her heartfelt message was taken a few days ago. It captures a beautiful family moment on Rustaveli Avenue  with her children leading the way and her husband capturing the picturesque scene. In the photo  Lisa proudly waves the Georgian national flag  symbolizing her unwavering love and support for her country.

 

A large number of social media users reacted to her Facebook post. They appreciated her love and affection for the country and lauded her urge to express concern regarding the ongoing protest and tense situation due to the adoption of the foreign agent’s law.

One Facebook user, Nino Chogovadze, commented, “Congratulations always.” Anano Gokieli, while commenting, wrote, “Beautiful words.”  Similarly  many other users liked , shared, and commented on her post. It is to be noted that Violinist Lisa Batiashvili is an award-winning artist in her country who has performed at many local, regional, and international events.

 

Since 2021, she has also running a foundation to support young and talented Georgian musicians who want to show their talent at the world level and establish themselves in the field of music.
