Work for road infrastructure rehabilitation has started on another street in Rustavi city. The new project will cover the rehabilitation of the road from Todria Street to the crossing of Kapanadze.
It is to be added that a new asphalt-concrete road coating will be done on the area under the project. Moreover the existing squares will be renovated and an outdoor lighting network will be installed.
At the same time the drainage channels will be rehabilitated, safety measures will be implemented and new stops will be arranged. The renovated work will  after completion, make vehicle movement on this street even safer for the population.
Today, Rustavi’s Mayor, Nino Latsabidze  and Rustavi’s Majority Deputy in the Parliament of Georgia Irakli Shatakishvili  visited the road construction site and got acquainted with the progress of the works. The project is being implemented with the co-financing of the state and local budgets.
The total cost of the project will be 1,047,007 GEL Â as per the initial calculation. During the current year various types of work to fix the road infrastructure have already been completed at 39 locations in Rustavi and are underway at eight other locations. All the projects are expected to be completed within the next few days.
The workers of the construction company are busy completing the work on time. The company has engaged many heavy machines at the construction site. The JCB machines were loading the rubble onto a tipper to remove it away.
After the rubble is removed the road will also be renovated with new construction materials. On this occasion the Mayor interacted with the representative of the construction company.
The Mayor praised the progress of the work and assured  that   all necessary financial assistance for the timely execution of the work will be provided. On the other hand the representative of the construction company stated that it would be completed quickly.
It is worth noting that the Rustavi municipality administration has taken many steps to improve the overall development of cities. The poor condition of roads is being improved on a priority basis. Many other construction works are also in the pipeline and will be executed soon.
