Tbilisi, Georgia: The highly predicted Georgian youth archery championship, a significant event in the archery community, was successfully held in Tbilisi with the unwavering support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Georgia. A total of thirty talented archers showcased their skills and competed for the championship title.
The results of the championship are as follows:
Giorgi Arabuli, Deputy Head of Sports and Youth Affairs Department of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Georgia, Curator of Archery Tako Gurgenidze, and President of the National Archery Federation of Georgia Simon Nozadze proudly awarded the athletes medals and badges for their outstanding performances.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth would like to remind citizens that the modernly equipped shooting range, which archers have awaited for decades, was organized in 2023 at the initiative of the Ministry’s head, Thea Tsulukiani.
The archery base is 4,000 sq ft and located on M. It was built by Sportmshenservice” Ltd with financial support from the Ministry of Sports. The archery base includes a 70-foot shooting range, a safety wall, and an athlete’s waiting area. The area is fenced and green with additions.
It is worth noting that the Georgian youth team continues training and actively preparing for the European Youth Championship, which will be held in Romania from July 8 to 13, 2024.
