Tbilisi: The TAV Georgia once again provided internship opportunities to new interns. The TAV Georgia have accepted 30 new interns at Tbilisi and Batumi international airport of Georgia.
The information about this development have also been shared on social media handles of TAV Georgia. The TAV Georgia is main operating company of Tbilisi and Batumi airport.
The official Facebook page of TAV Georgia stated, “within the framework of the existing cooperation between TAV Georgia and the Georgian Aviation University, another batch of interns has been accepted at Tbilisi International Airport.”
The official page while sharing other details added that, “Starting today, up to 30 students of the Bachelor of Business Administration program of the Aviation University will undergo internship at the Ground Services Department of Tbilisi Airport for 1 month. After completing the internship, all of them have the opportunity to express their desire to be employed at TAV Georgia and undergo an appropriate interview and testing.”
It is worth to note that the TAV Georgia is the largest employer in the Georgian aviation market. Currently, more than 1,700 people are employed in the Tbilisi and Batumi Airports Management Company and its subsidiaries.
It is also to be noted that TAV Georgia is past have given such internship opportunity to large number of students. At the same time large number of students also gets employment opportunities at the airport also as full-time employees also.
It is worth to note that due to increasing inflow of international tourist the Georgian aviation industry also need heavy workforce having experience in field of aviation sector.
The prime minister himself expressed happiness over data suggesting increasing inflow of international tourists from various part of world also. The TAV Georgia recently revealed that record number of air traveller visited country through Tbilisi and Batumi international airports also.
The TAV Georgia officials have also stated that they are making every possible effort to train maximum number of workforce also.
