The mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze inspected the reinforcement works on the Tskneti highway along with the Chairman of the City Council, Majoritarian Deputy of Vaki District Giorgi Tkemaladze.
According to the mayor, at this time, soil excavation works are underway to prepare anchors on the slope. Also, the fodder is being cleared of excess soil.
According to the mayor, it should be noted that a specific area is being processed on the Tskneti highway, which is dangerous. Some parts of the slope collapsed and due to safety, they started to carry out the work.
The mayor also noted the works, carried out by the Tbilisi’s government. He said, “A few years ago, we carried out the first stage of the works, during which the mentioned perimeter was anchored and the appropriate wall was installed.”
