University of Georgia to host a seminar on “community-oriented Justice”

University of Georgia is all set to host a special seminar. The seminar on the theme “Community Oriented Justice” will be organized with the cooperation of the University’s law school on September 25 at 3:30 PM.

The University of Georgia is all set to host a special seminar. The seminar on the theme “Community Oriented Justice” will be organized with the cooperation of the University’s law school on September 25 at 3:30 PM. The event will be held in the 519th Auditorium of the University.

The seminar topic has been selected very wisely as every member of society needs Immediate attention to their problems. Moreover in any democratic country the concept of delayed justice denied is considered a sacred matter.

It is worth noting that on this occasion the special lecture will be delivered by Doctor Tim Bunievac. Bunievac is the USAID Rule of Law Program advisor on community organizations.

It is also to be noted that Tim Bunievac is an award-winning court administration expert with extensive practical experience. He is also known for his exceptional writings. He is an author of international studies on community-oriented justice and court administration. He has a total of 20 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, ministerial advisor, and judicial system consultant.

The University of Georgia has shared the information on its social media handles. The university’s administration has also invited the maximum number of people to the seminar.  The “community-oriented justice ” concept has also gained popularity due to the recent adoption of the Foreign Agents Law. Many people, including civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations call it a violation of the constitution.

The seminar attendees will also get information on how they can play an active role in stopping the violation of their legal rights, which are provided under Georgian construction. The seminar organizer also expressed hope that a large number of people would attend the seminar and receive the latest information about their rights.

The students of the University while sharing their views regarding the organization of the seminar also said that this is a good initiative of the University. They also think the organizer choose such an important topic for the seminar. Notably every country is currently trying to bring transparency to the judicial system. Transparency is required for the effective implementation of a citizen-centric judicial system.
