Tbilisi, Georgia:Â The American Hospital Tbilisi (AHT) Cardiovascular Center has completed a charity project in Marneuli, a municipality in the Kvemo Kartli region of Georgia.Â
The project, which took place on February 2, 2024, provided free consultations and examinations to the local population, especially those suffering from cardiovascular and vascular diseases.
The head of the AHT Heart Center, Professor Dr Mikheil Metreveli, and his team of cardiologists, archaeologists, vascular surgeons, and doctors participated in the project, which the AHT administration organized.Â
The team offered patients electrocardiograms (ECGs), ultrasounds, and dopplerographies, as well as advice on preventing and treating various heart and blood vessel conditions.
The Marneuli residents received the project well and expressed gratitude and appreciation to the AHT staff for their generosity and professionalism. Many said that they had never had such comprehensive and quality medical services before and felt more confident and informed about their health status.
