Georgia: The Kutaisi University, located in Kutaisi, Georgia, establishes a new “Erasmus+“ partnership with Istanbul Gelishim University.
The joint KA171 project of Kutaisi University and Istanbul Gelishim University (201-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000237633) has been approved and it forms a new “Erasmus+” partnership between these two institutions. The European Commission-funded project opens up interesting opportunities for exchange of students and staff in economics, finance and business administration.
Within the agreement, the University of Kutaisi will be able to send one student to Istanbul Gelishim University for a fully funded exchange experience under the Erasmus+ Student Mobility (SMS) Program. In addition, there is an additional opportunity for staff (5 quota) and students (5 quota) to participate in the Erasmus+ program without a grant (zero grant).

The project, funded by the European Commission, opens up exciting opportunities for student and staff exchanges in the fields of Economics, Finance, and Business Administration.
As part of the agreement, Kutaisi University will be able to send one student to Istanbul Gelisim University for a fully funded exchange experience under the Erasmus+ Student Mobility (SMS) program. Additionally, there are 5 opportunities for staff and students each, to participate in the “Erasmus+” Staff Teaching or Training Mobility (STA/STT) program without a grant (zero grant).
