Keda: The Construction work on four new residential houses has been completed in Keda Municipality. The mayor along with other representatives of municipality visited the site of new houses to inspect these houses equipped with modern facilities.
The Keda’s officials while taking to social media handles shared glimpses of the families who received new houses. The official Facebook post of municipality underlined, “The mayor of the municipality Roland Beridze, together with the Chairman of the Sakrebulo Amiran Tsintsadze, Deputy of the Supreme Council of Adjara Mamuka Turmanidze and representatives of local self-government visited newly constructed houses.”
Moreover visiting delegation led by Mayor on this occasion also inspected the residential house. It is worth to note that the work of houses has been completed within the framework of the “Purchase of New Residential Houses for families with old residential Houses” program.
As per detailed information provided by the representatives of the municipality the members of six families belonging to village Agota, Gurgen Dumbadze’s will now can shift to new modern facility equipped houses.
It is also to be noted that last year four residential houses were built within the framework of the program. Moreover, an amount of 307,792 GEL was spent from the budget for construction works.
The office bearers of municipality familiar with development projects said, the works of new houses under this program will continue this year. They further said that within the framework of this new program 3 new houses will be built for members of needly family living in different location across municipality as well.
A total of 18 modern-type houses were built within the framework of the “Purchase of New Residential Houses for Families with Old Residential Houses” program. The more such houses will be constructed in future to provide affordable housing facilities.
