The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, met Amira Sajvani, the founder and executive director of PRYPCO company, on January 12, 2026, Monday. The aim of the meeting was to discuss opportunities for strengthening cooperation and attracting innovative investments to Georgia.

The meeting discussed the favorable investment environment in Georgia, economic growth trends in recent years, as well as tourism potential and the steps taken by the Government of Georgia to implement innovative technologies in various fields.
The founder of the company emphasized the friendly environment towards the business in Georgia and the readiness for further deepening cooperation.
During the talks, the parties also highlighted the importance of international partnerships and digital transformation in boosting investor confidence and modernizing Georgia’s economic sectors, particularly real estate and tourism, through innovative and transparent solutions.
After the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between PRYPCO and the Government of Georgia on the implementation of innovative technologies in the real estate sector. Georgian Minister of Justice Paata Salia and PRYPCO Executive Director Amira Sajvani signed the document.
The project aims to encourage investment in the real estate sector and to establish a safe and transparent tokenization process on issues related to private property rights, in accordance with current legislation in Georgia.
Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties will cooperate on legal and technological matters, exploring the possibilities of developing real estate tokenization in Georgia and its compatibility with public service systems.
