Irakli Lazarashvili, the Mayor of the Akhaltsikhe Municipality met with schoolteachers across city at kindergarten number seven. He was accompanied by other representatives of Municipality also.
The others who were present beside mayor were first deputy Ilia Zardiashvili, the chairman of the Sakrebulo Davit Lomidze, first deputy Davit Tabatadze the head of the cultural service Ketevan Mishvelidze and the director of the preschool institution Marina Merabishvili.
They all held a summary meeting  with the managers and educators of kindergartens operating in the municipality. At the event all both sides discuss multiple issues relating to education sector.
It is worth to note that the audience heard a report on the work of the preschool institution in the 2023-2024 academic year. The conversation also touched on future plans and innovations planned for next year. The mayor assured all schoolteachers for providing all necessary assistance for upliftment of education sector.
It is also to be noted that,As part of the event, the teachers who participated in the trainings held during the last academic year were named and awarded the relevant certificates. Mayor and other officials of municipality extended their best wishes to them.
At the same time, the certificates of appreciation were presented to teachers Rozalia Lazarashvili and Nana Kasrashvili for their contribution to the education of the future generation.
Akhaltsikhe Municipality Mayor Irakli Lazarashvili positively assessed the report presented by the preschool institution and wished them success in the coming year. Moreover Irakli Lazarashvili spoke in detail about the ongoing and planned infrastructure projects implemented this year for the construction and rehabilitation of kindergartens.
The meeting ended with a theatrical performance performed by the employees of the Vali City Kindergarten. The school was decorated as whole country is celebrating merry Christmas.
On the other hand, teacher thanked mayor and other dignitaries for gracing this event with their esteemed presence. They also expressed their gratitude for honouring teachers with relevant certificates.
