Gldani: Aleksandre Tsuladze, the Georgian Minister of Education, Science and Youth visited the professional centre there. He wished the best wishes to the 32 candidates who underwent training in this centre.
It is worth noting that the National Centre for the Development of Education Quality supported the training of these candidates, who were selected through a competition. After completing their degree they will be eligible to get a certificate as a professional education quality assurance specialist.
He also extends his best wishes for better job opportunities and promotions in the future. He wishes them to successfully pass the further stages established by the competition to be eligible for other job opportunities.
It is to be added that “Under the framework of this training session the candidates received detailed information about the professional education system and regulatory documents. They also got information regarding basic principles of professional education, quality assurance and authorization standards.”
All the candidates who underwent training here became acquainted with the main stages of the process of developing and authorizing professional qualifications. Some of the main aspects of training include planning, implementation conclusion preparation of the authorization visit as well as skill to participates in the public discussion and evaluation.
At the same time attention was also focused on the role of communication in professional life. Now after passing the mentioned training sesson the candidates will move to the next stage of the competition.
The next stage will provide them training on evaluating the knowledge of acts related to professional education and the competences necessary for expert activity through an interview.
In the end if all of them successfully complete the stages of the competition, the candidate will be granted the status of a certified specialist for a period of 5 years, if desired.
The Minister while underlining the importance of the training said the future will belong to those who have a strong grip on professional skills.
