Ambrolauri, Georgia: A working meeting was held with representatives of the Municipal Cleaning and Facilities Service of Ambrolauri for 2025 budget planning on December 11, 2024, today.
The main goal of the meeting was to plan the budget for 2025, and in its framework, the priority needs of the job, the challenges in the field and the measures to be carried out in this regard were discussed.
The working meeting was held under the leadership of the First Deputy of the State Commissioner of Lower Svaneti, Kristina Kobakhidze, and was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Ambrolauri Municipality, Tamar Kevanashvili and Head of Financial Services of the City Hall – Bejan Kobakhidje.
Kristina Kobakhidze who is also the executive director of Geo Tourist and Travel Company, stressed the issue of organizing the streets of the city, cleanliness, greenery, the necessity of various large-scale cleaning campaigns, and the care of tourist sites to increase tourism in the country.
Kristina Kobakhidze spoke up during the meeting to thank everyone for their efforts to keep the Ambrolauri community clean. She voiced, ”I would like to thank every employee of the cleaning and landscaping service of Ambrolauri city for their hard work, we pay special attention to the cleanliness, greenness, and improvement of the ecological condition of the city.”
” I also welcome the large-scale cleaning and greening campaigns, which is a tradition in our region and will continue in the future. We think this is an example for the population to take care of our living environment together,” stated Kristina Kobakhidze.
These kinds of gatherings will support the municipality’s development in a number of areas, including tourism, the economy, and environmental sustainability, which will directly lead to the development of the whole nation.
‪Similar meetings with representatives of different A(A)IPs will continue periodically, which will contribute to more effective work by organizations and further development of specific areas.
