Another session of the Batumi City Council was held today. At this meeting city hall representatives discussed the issues included in the agenda in detail.
According to the decision of all the city council members at the meeting the real estate, in the form of apartments owned by the Batumi Municipality was transferred to the Autonomous Republic of Adjara free of charge.
The city hall council has also approved the decision, which implies the transfer of the premises owned by the municipality to a large family. At the same time it was also decided that with the right of ownership, the replacement of the premises transferred to the large family would be done at the request of the family itself. The program is implemented to support large families and is intended for families registered in Batumi with 6 or more children.
Today all attendees of the meeting approved the list of privatization objects owned by the municipality and the changes to be made in the privatization plan. In particular, several objects were added to the list of privatized real estate owned by Batumi Municipality and to the real estate privatization plan.
The Assembly adopted the decree on the regulation of some issues related to the issuance of construction permits. The changes in the construction document and compensatory measures in the territory of Batumi Municipality are being carried out at the same time.
The issues related to the issuance of a construction permit on the territory of the municipality, changes in the project and other issues were determined. A draft decree on increasing the maximum coefficient of development intensity within the replacement program of dilapidated houses was also adopted.
At the meeting a decision was also made to approve the concept of the detailed development plan for the planning unit presented in certain areas and the specific legal zoning map of Batumi municipality. The members of the city council have approved the plans to provide affordable housing facilities to all the citizens living in the region.
