Mtskheta-Mtianeti: Davit Nozadze, the state representative of the region has chaired a meeting of heads of municipality of region. The meeting was attended by the Mayors of Mtskheta, Dusheti, Tianeti and Kazbegi to discuss development plans.
The attendees on this occasion within the framework of the meeting have discussed the issues on the agenda. The conversation touched on the infrastructure works carried out last year. Moreover, the transitional projects, events and priorities planned for the current year were also discussed during this meeting also.
At the same time participating while sharing their views also paid their special attention to social, cultural and sports activities. The needs existing throughout the region and ways to solve them were also emphasized along with viable measures to overcome such issues as well.
While speaking during the meeting the Davit Nozadze, the State Representative underlined, “In 2024, a number of infrastructure projects were successfully completed throughout the region, although we should keep in mind that certain problems still remain . Therefore, we will continue to actively implement appropriate measures with systematic approach.”
He further revealed that with the support of the central government and the coordinated work of local self-government these development projects are being completed. He noted specifically that, It is important that in the future, all infrastructure projects are implemented on time and with high quality delivery of services also, taking into account the interests of the population,”
The working meeting, which is systematically held in the regional administration, was also attended by the deputy state governor and the Deputy Mayor of Dusheti Municipality.
