Poti: The students and staff members of the Poti Public School N5 provide daily needs items as a charity initiative. They also congratulated everyone on the eve of Christmas and New Year.
Poti Public School N5 also took to their social media page and stated that “Pupils and parents of our school made 11 families happy with a charity event for New Year. Congratulations on the upcoming! Prosperity and wealth, joy and happiness be your fate!”.
As per the information shared by the school management they took this decision to spread happiness in the lives of needy people.
They took with them the gift box as well as the grocery items. As per the staff member they took this decision to let the children know the problems which these people face in their daily lives.
They also said that this will also develop the habit of helping others among the children. They will also contribute to the welfare of society by learning good habits like helping the needy, etc.
Students also brought with them sweets, chocolates, biscuits etc. All theesee things were packed in gift packs very nicely.
At the same time, they distributed grocery items which included sugar, soaps, cooking oil, etc. To distribute these items, they went home-to-homes of people who really needed help.
Meanwhile, social media users also reacted to the post of Poti public school, and they appreciated the effort of school management and students.
One user Maia Maichka commented, “May we have a year of doing kindness! Way to go, villains!” another user, Nona Chxitunidze, commented that “kindness begets kindness, caring children, kind parents and the best initiatives; god bless you all”.
Similarly, another user commented that “this is the best effort of the school to teach the students lesson of kindness”.
The participating students expressed their happiness being a part of the campaign and said that they learned lots of things about these people and it was a great pleasure to help them.
